The E.C.O. model is built on three foundational pillars:

Gentlemen For Life
Gentlemen for Life is a transformational program designed to help young men develop the character, discipline, and life skills necessary to succeed in school, relationships, and adulthood.
Our program is built on five core principles:
- Character
- Accountability
- Respect
- Leadership
- Emotional Maturity
Through mentorship, coaching, and real-world guidance, Gentlemen for Life equips participants with the mindset, habits, and confidence needed to become responsible young men and future leaders.
We are committed to investing in the next generation by empowering college and high school students to serve as mentors for junior high students who may lack the life skills, support systems, and positive role models needed to successfully navigate high school and beyond. This peer-mentorship approach creates a powerful cycle of leadership, influence, and personal growth.
Our partnership with On-The-Rise and Debbie McCullough has proven instrumental in helping young men discover their strengths, unlock their potential, and build a foundation for lasting success. Together, we are creating opportunities for young men to rise above challenges, make positive choices, and become leaders in their homes, schools, and communities.

SMC™ — Student Mentor Coalition
Building Student Leaders From Within
Student Mentor Coalition (SMC) is a leadership development program that creates a culture of peer mentorship by equipping high school students to positively influence, support, and guide their fellow students.
Through intentional training and hands-on leadership opportunities, participants develop the skills necessary to become trusted mentors, role models, and servant leaders within their schools and communities.
Students participating in SMC gain valuable experience in:

More than a mentorship program, SMC serves as a bridge between students, school leadership, and the overall vision of the district. The program helps cultivate student leaders who understand and support the mission, values, and goals established by school administrators while serving as positive ambassadors among their peers.
By developing leaders within school buildings and districts, SMC creates partnerships between students, principals, teachers, and staff that strengthen school culture and foster a greater sense of belonging. Student mentors learn how to encourage accountability, promote positive behavior, and help build respectful relationships throughout the school community.
